We are looking for a PHP programmer – a commando to join the technological ranks in Gate-Software. The technology department is the heart of Gate-Software, which beats with passion and trust to its companions. You will be working on highly scalable online store systems based on distributed server technologies. We will enable you to develop in large Polish e-commerce projects based on Magento engine (1 and 2).

Job responsibilities:

• Working on designing applications and modules for online stores
• Analysis and verification of the application code, including optimization and improvement of used functions
• Creation and implementation of modules and tools, characterized by high usability and flawless operation
• Building and providing internal and external APIs based on the REST and SOAP template
• Caring for high code quality and compliance with PSR programming standards
• Creating unit and integration tests

Requirements:

The company currently employs over 20 engineers, in the next 5 years Gate-Software plans to expand its ranks by another 80 professionals.

Job responsibilities:

• Performing manual and automatic tests using various techniques
• Development of test scenarios
• Identification of threats and potential problems related to software and its testing in projects
• Providing the programmers and project manager with complete information about the errors found
• Creating reports on the test process
• Development of software documentation and testing process
• Accepting error reports from company customers and providing them with feedback
• Handling of customer requests to the project management system

The sales department is a strategic support for the company and one of its most important pillars. You will work on the development and implementation of a sales strategy aimed at foreign customers (Germany, the Netherlands, Austria).

Job responsibilities:

• Acquiring new Magento system maintenance projects by using different communication channels
• Maintaining relations with current customers
• Obtaining recommendations and references from customers to the Clutch portal,
• Creating offers and inviting new customers
• Cooperation with the marketing department in terms of acquiring new customers
• Creating, updating the potential customer base and analyzing the market
• Support in building sales processes
• First qualification of potential customers
