We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in eCommerce and B2B sales projects who will lead the sales team at Gate-Software. The sales department is a strategic support for the company and one of its most important pillars. You will work on the development and implementation of a sales strategy aimed at foreign customers (Germany, the Netherlands, Austria).
Job responsibilities:
- Acquiring new Magento system maintenance projects by using different communication channels
- Maintaining relations with current customers
- Obtaining recommendations and references from customers to the Clutch portal,
- Creating offers and inviting new customers
- Cooperation with the marketing department in terms of acquiring new customers
- Creating, updating the potential customer base and analyzing the market
- Support in building sales processes
- First qualification of potential customers
- Reporting on the progress of your work and the objectives achieved
Apply if you:
- have at least 3 years of experience in B2B customer service
- have worked with dedicated eCommerce or Open Source systems
- know how to search and collect information in CRM systems like Livespace
- are communicative and able to build relationships
- can work on objectives
- are familiar with new technologies
- have analytical skills, are inquisitive and accurate
- speak English at level C1
- have worked in foreign markets e.g. Germany, Austria, the Netherlands (big advantage)
