We are looking for a PHP programmer – a commando to join the technological ranks in Gate-Software. The technology division is the heart of Gate-Software, which beats with passion, determination and trust to its companions. You will be working with highly scalable online store systems based on distributed server technologies. We will enable you to develop under the guidance of the best programmers, assign you a leader with whom you will raise the bar in the field of eCommerce technology.

Job responsibilities:

• Working on designing applications and modules for online stores
• Analysis and verification of the application code, including optimization and improvement of used functions
• Creation and implementation of modules and tools, characterized by high usability and flawless operation
• Building and providing internal and external APIs based on the REST and SOAP template
• Caring for high code quality and compliance with PSR programming standards
• Creating unit and integration tests

Apply if you:

• have 5 years of commercial experience in PHP and with Symfony and Laravel
• have experience in programming in Javascript / jQuery / AJAX (welcome)
• are familiar with the SCRUM methodology design workflow
• have experience in integration with client’s ERP systems (welcome) and relational databases (MySQL preferred)
• have worked with Elasticsearch and/or Sphinx (welcome)
• have experience with Prestashop (welcome)
• are fluent in using the GIT version control system
• understand and apply design patterns and good practices in your work, e.g. OOP, SOLID, YAGNI, KISS, DRY
• want to develop your analytical skills
• like to share your knowledge
