We are looking for a Project Manager to join the technology team at Gate-Software, where we secure the continuity of online sales through effective technical support.  You will work with well-known Polish online stores, taking care of their development and security. We will enable you to develop in the world of trends and interesting solutions created by using the Magento system.

Job responsibilities:

• IT project management in the e-commerce sector
• Supervision over the progress of the project team’s work: describing and assigning tasks, taking care of the information flow within the team, monitoring and reporting on the progress of work, control over the changes introduced
• Cooperation and constant communication with the company’s customers
• Project budget management
• Creating and managing schedules
• Analysis and co-creation of technical documentation
• Independence and responsibility for entrusted projects

Requirements:

• Higher education (technical IT is welcome)
• At least 3 years of experience in IT team management (software house, internet marketing agencies, web development or ERP systems, media houses)
• A knowledge of Magento 1, Magento 2 is welcome.
• English at minimum B2 level
• Knowledge of project management programs is welcome
• Stress resistance
• Ability to learn quickly
• Time management and planning skills
• Knowledge of IT and new technologies and willingness to develop in these areas
• Strongly developed communication skills
