Customer YES

For over 35 years YES has been bringing out emotion and awakening desire, by creating jewellery that expresses inner radiance of every woman. The brand emphasises the pure form, refined details and shape.

Since 2003 the brand has also been available online. The online store at yes.pl offers a wide range of jewelry and watches.

Initial situation

The customer needed an e-commerce agency to support store development, maintenance and optimization. YES was looking for a technology partner that would focus on technical support as well as activities aimed at the improvement of website’s performance.

Common objective

The goal of our cooperation was to provide maintenance services (technological support for the store, ensuring continuity of sales) and support in optimization.

Selected elements of project implementation:

The cooperation with YES included:

  • ERP system integration allowing sales automation in the store,
  • Allegro integration with the use of Baselinker, including original extension with solutions needed by the customer,
  • assistance in the implementation of the Czech version of the store (yes.co) using the Magento 2 platform,


  • integration with marketing automation tools from Synerise. As part of our cooperation, we implemented transferring information about customers, their orders and marketing consents from the store to the Synerise system, which allows for automation of marketing activities,
  • SEO optimization on the basis of an audit conducted by an external company, 
  • Data Layer implementation – it has a positive impact on SEO and allows more data about customers and their purchasing choices to be submitted to Google Analytics,
  • Zendesk integration which enables customer request management. The integration was done through a dedicated module, then adapted by Gate-Software to customer requirements,
  • implementation of ElasticSearch – a search engine which has significantly speeded up the search for products in the store’s website,


  • optimization of the store’s speed (i.a. thanks to checkout modification),
  • integration with Instagram through the Basic Display API, allowing to show photos published on the account in social media on the store’s website,
  • continuous technical support for yes.pl (Magento 1) and yes.co (Magento 2) stores.

  • Increased search engine positioning thanks to implemented SEO audit recommendations.
  • Improved store loading speed.
  • Enabling advanced marketing activities thanks to the integration with Synerise.
  • Acceleration of product search by installing the new search engine.
