Initial situation

The client asked us to check an online store that was acquired from the previous company. Our task was to identify all problematic elements of the store, conduct audit and functional tests. Having done that, we took care of the store’s maintenance and development.

Common objective

The first objective was to quickly take over the store, check its operation and determine what else must be done so that the store could work and sell. It was necessary to obtain all the information from the previous company and set the work priorities with AlmiDecor team. Later on, we had to provide steady technical support for Magento development, data integration with the ERP system and implementation of development solutions on the store.
